Campana Family Salads - Mandarin Orange Salad

Yields 4 Servings.


  • 1 head red or green lettuce
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar or artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 dash Campana’s Habanero or campana’s Jalapeño sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. For the dressing mix oil, Worcestershire an Campana’s Habanero or Campana’s Jalapeño sauce, sugar, tarragon vinegar, salt and pepper with wisk until sugar is dissolved. Toss the salad ingredients with 1/2 of the dressing. Save remaining half salad dressing to serve with salad. (Grapefruit and avocado slices can be used instead of Mandarin oranges).
