Campana Family - Basil Aioli

Use this sauce with crab cakes and for breaded, grilled or sautéed fish, chicken or veal.


  • 1  cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Campana’s Italian Mustard
  • 1 dash campana’s Jalapeño Italian Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated Lemon Peel


  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to develop. This is a good sauce with crab cakes and for grilled or sautéed fish.
