Campana Family Salads - Cole Slaw

Serves 8.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large Head cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 Stalk celery, diced
  • 1/2 Medium sweet onion, diced
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Campana’s Italian Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 Dash black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add garlic and onion powders, Campana’s Italian Mustard , celery salt, pepper, lemon juice, yogurt and salt. Stir until smooth. Mix cabbage, carrot, celery and onion in a large bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture.. Toss until cabbage mixture is well coated.
