Use this sauce with crab cakes and for breaded, grilled or sautéed fish, chicken or veal.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Campana’s Italian Mustard
1 dash campana’s Jalapeño Italian Hot Sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped Basil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons minced Garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons grated Lemon Peel
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to develop. This is a good sauce with crab cakes and for grilled or sautéed fish.
