Campana’s Sauce Boss Barbecue- All Around Rub

Use with ribs, pork, beef or chicken.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoon Pepper, Black Coarse Ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric, ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt, coarse
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sage, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper, cayenne

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the spices together in a small bowl. The blend will keep in an air tight container for up to 8 weeks. Store in cool, dark place. This rub is great with ribs, beef brisket, a whole chicken, and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
